It is important that we try to incorporate things into our week that look after our wellbeing. The 5 ways to wellbeing are a guide to get you thinking about activities you can do to promote your wellbeing. These are activities that can be done mindfully that give you a sense of enjoyment and achievement. The purpose of looking after your wellbeing is to become more resilient, that is, being able to cope with change in our lives. It is recommended to do one wellbeing activity a day.
