We have always been concerned with

high standards of service and hygiene.

Considering the pandemic, we have implemented even more stringent measures to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

We will ask you to wait with a two-metre distance

between you and the next customer.

We have placed the tables in compliance with the 2 metre distancing requirements and will operate at a 50% capacity

We have and will continue to disinfect any common surfaces between customer use, including any used menus

We will determine to remain two metres from our customers as well as each other, in so much as it is possible

We are choosing to wear gloves in all areas of service and they will be changed with every customer

We will set all food at a designated area on the table for our patrons to pass to the rest of their party

We will only have one cook on our line at any given time in compliance with social distancing recommendations

As always, they will wear gloves at all times

In transition to a new normal, we will serve in a combination of disposable containers and dinnerware

We will have barriers when we cannot create natural social distance and we will wear masks as a final step of protection when necessary
