This past week has been one filled with reflection and planning, as the realization that college is approaching has set in. With this reflection, I naturally gravitated to contemplating how Groundify has impacted me and how I look to use the impact I have created to further my interest in the intersection of social entrepreneurship and trading. Doing so, I stumbled upon Tony Robbin’s Instagram account, utilizing the valuable snippets of information he provides to my benefit. Actively looking for ways to elevate the impact I was making, the main aspect I worked on developing this week was not only increasing the amount of research I was completing but also developed the idea of the Groundify Green – a local coalition driving environmental sustainability. Both projects simultaneously allowed me to not only gain knowledge but practically apply that knowledge as well.

For the upcoming weeks, I look to employ the ever-important skill of balance to successfully complete my applications for college while expanding my knowledge in my chosen topic for this year. In addition, I look to develop unique ways in which I can combine my efforts from Groundify and tie those into steps I am taking in the field of Impact Investing.
